The Palmyra R-1 School District is seeking applicants for the position of Middle School Assistant Principal for the 2026-2027 school year.  This is a 10-month position that will report directly to the Middle School Principal.  The primary duties of this position will include managing student discipline, evaluate teachers as assigned, providing a positive educational environment for all students and staff, supervising student behavior in the building and on school grounds, providing supervision and leadership at student activities and events,  along with other assigned duties by the Middle School Principal.  Interested applicants will be appropriately certified in secondary administration, or be eligible to be certified. The position is open until filled.
