The Palmyra R-1 School District is seeking a full-time 8th Grade Science Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.  The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge of the content area, research based instructional strategies, and technology, as well as possess strong communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate(s) will also be able to interpret and utilize data to support curriculum decisions and determine effectiveness of instruction. All qualified candidates must hold, be eligible for, or be willing to work towards a Missouri teacher certification in 5-9 Science.
