Palmyra Elementary School is currently seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year.  Applicants must have strong instructional skills and an understanding of content standards at the elementary level within a teaching setting.  The applicant must also have a compelling nature to teach children by recognizing that all children learn differently and demonstrating the ability to offer differentiated instruction.

It is preferred that applicants hold special education certification.   The district will also consider applicants with an elementary teaching certificate willing to pursue a special education certificate, by taking the correct special education assessment.
